Fees & Confidentiality Policy

Sessions are booked in blocks of 4 - The first 4 sessions are block booked and additional sessions may be required depending on the child's needs thereafter. Sessions are paid in advance. A payment plan can be provided. A 24 hour notice period is required for cancellation.

Kids Peace of Mind is not a medical practitioner therefore it is not to be used as an alternative to professional medical advice.

Information given during sessions is maintained to the highest confidentiality. The only exceptions to this is if an individual is at actual risk to themselves or others, and if a disclosure is made regarding abuse of a child/children. In this instance, mandatory reporting applies. In both these instances reporting will not take place without first consulting with you the client and details will be given to you as to the steps that need to be taken to ensure the utmost safety of all involved.
